The former A’s slugger worked for NBC Sports California last season as an on-air analyst for “A’s Pregame Live” and “A’s Postgame Live.”
Canseco is no longer working for the network.

“What is going on with all these politicians molesting women, I’ve been molested by several women and never complained,” Canseco tweeted.
The 53-year-old was referring to the many political figures who have been accused of sexual harassment, assault or both over the past year.
“These women complaining against sexual misconduct are just racist against ugly men,” tweeted Canseco.
Canseco continued tweeting, claiming he enjoys being sexual assaulted by women.
“Well I mean I’ve been beaten by women taken advantage of by women and molested by women I never complain but it was kind of a turn-on,” he said.
The former MLB star didn’t stop there.
“I see the difference I guess cuz I was a good-looking guy and these politicians look like a bag of boogers.”
He even joked about it.
“What do you call a pretty woman with an inbred looking politician? PAID,” tweeted Canseco.
